Joey possess strong strategic planning & execution skills with practical and technical knowledge within information technology, retail, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution sectors. Joey has a proven track record in corporate environment and is now dedicated to assisting Australian businesses and new start-ups grow and succeed through technology and outsourcing solutions.

Norman Karl Bernard

Operations Director

Norm has 18 years of experience largely in the IT space but ranging in diverse fields of expertise. Pretty much an all rounder, Norm has turned his hand as a Sales and Marketing VP for a tech start up business as well as heading IT support for several large brands of Quick Service Restaurants throughout the Asia Pacific area.

Largely focused on software development and the IT space, Norm has enjoyed sustained success in managing businesses through all phases of the proverbial life cycle from fledgling Tech Startup through to established multinational Corporation.

Paulo has been in the Web and Software realm as a Developer and Consultant since 2007. With 13 years of experience and counting, he now helps Offshore Connect manage its software and non-software projects by leading the development team. Paulo is also directly involved in planning and architecture for the company’s various software projects.
